The Acute Art app is a new way to discover, experience and collect augmented reality sculptures by KAWS. See art like never before and share your photos and videos with friends.

Acute Art and KAWS have collaborated to launch a ground-breaking new AR project. View and collect augmented reality artworks, as they interact seamlessly with the real world around them.

You can add a KAWS AR sculpture to your collection for up to 30 days at a time. Use the app to place the artwork wherever you like. Adjust the shadow angle and light intensity to match the surrounding lighting. Then capture the art in a stunning photo or video and share it with family and friends.

Exclusively available on the Acute Art app, AT THIS TIME (EXPANDED) is an open edition of three new KAWS AR artworks that you can add to your collection for up to 30 days at a time. You can collect, view and photograph them individually or as a set.

You can also experience KAWS and Acute Art’s global public exhibition of large-scale AR sculptures through this app. COMPANION (EXPANDED) is on display for a limited time in 12 locations across six continents. The map will guide you to the one nearest to you, then open up the camera when you’re close enough to see it. If you’re unable to visit in person, you can explore a gallery of images of the exhibition on the app, along with collectors’ own photos.
